I hear this one a lot:
How can we have more energy for the whole day?
How can we do more, be more, get more done?

We get frustrated that we can't go at the same speed all day
long. We're irritated that our day is an energy roller
But why do we think we need to go-go-go from sun up to sun
Perhaps the issue is not that we can't be uber productive
24/7, but instead that we expect ourselves to be as consistent as a
