There's a perfect system that will work for YOU...but spoiler alert - you won't find it on a shelf at target.
The BEST way to find a daily planning system that works for you is to CREATE EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED. Instead of trying planner after unused planner, and forcing them to sorta work, let's make the unique system that fits your life.
While it may feel overwhelming at first, when we have help, we can learn to develop systems that work FOR us instead of feeling like a failure because we wasted yet another notebook and feel no closer to success.
If we expect a tool, i.e. some random planner, to teach us how to be organized, we'll continually be disappointed by this inanimate object that can't solve our organizational woes!
The moral of the story: we can definitely find ways to plan, organize, and execute tasks that work for our ADHD brains when we have a plan to use the system.
