Motherhood in ADHD – Parenting with ADHD, Productivity Tips, Brain based Science, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Education to Help Moms with Adult ADHD

Aug 17, 2021

It's frustrating when we can't seem to align what we want to accomplish with our energy levels or create a line of sight to the end goal.

It can be defeating, but I'm here for you! You are not alone and there are so many mamas here rooting for you.

There ARE ways you can work WITH your ADHD brain to maximize your output while you manage the energy roller coaster that is living with ADHD as a mama.

And as much as our well-meaning neurotypical friends try to help us with comments like, "Well, just use a planner" or "Pay more attention" - it falls flat because our brains don't work that way. But when we understand how our ADHD brains function best, we can create and implement systems made for our brains to support our success.

One of the best things I've found for mamas like us is having a support system of other women to whom we can relate. There's freedom in being in a group of women who we know won't laugh at us when we say we have to set a reminder to "eat lunch" or we'll forget... Because it's likely they do the same thing!

That's what my **Daily Planning for ADHD Moms** course and accountability group are all about. I'll be there to help you get your foundations in place and guide you when you get off track. It's time to feel confident and capable when planning your day.

You can feel successful while navigating life with your ADHD brain! And I'm here to help! You can control the chaos.

Here's your official invite to join me and more ADHD mamas in my **Daily Planning for ADHD Moms** course and weekly accountability group. Let's get your calendar and to-do list organized and create a plan for your day.
